Question:paula always withdraws 20 dollars more than she needs from the bank,

a. write an expression for the amount fo money paula withdraws if she needs d dollars

b. find the amount of money paula withdraws if she needs 20, 60, and 75 dollars.

which choice is it?

a. w(withdraws)= d+20
b. w=(20)+20= 40
w=(60)+20=80
w=(75)+20=95

Perhaps you should actually read your math textbook. This is the third question in the last 5 minutes. We are here to assist, but I'm getting the impression you haven't even tried.
a. Because she always withdraws 20 extra dollars, the expression is W = D + 20.

b. This is asking how much she would withdraw given each amount. So you just plug each amount into the expression. If she needed 20 dollars she would get out 40, if she needed 60 she would withdraw 80, and if she really needed 75, she would instead remove 95.
a. d+20 = amount withdrawn (W)

b. if need 20, x=20 . W = 20+20 = 40
need 60, x=60.. W = 60+20 = 80
need 75, x=75.. W = 75+20 =95
a. d= x + $20

x means the amount of money we dont know she withdrawed.

B. ex.:

60= x + 20
-20 -20
40 = x
use the expression by plugging in the 20, 60, 75.
in the d; amount of money withdrawed.
