Is this a HOMOGENEOUS mixture or a HETEROGENEOUS mixture!?

Question:gosh i need help! im soo dumb at this stuffs.. chemistry is a pain in the butt lol well for me it is

1.) chocolate-chip ice cream
2.) green ink
3.) cake batter
4.) cooking oil

THANKS!
and i have more questions if ur really good at chemistry..can u pls leave ur email add if u want to help me with more lol k thanks :)

Answers:
going be the definitions below...
1) Heterogeneous
2) Homogeneous
3) Heterogeneous
4) Homogeneous

think of taking 10 spoonfuls of each item...for chocolate chip ice cream, one spoon can have 2 chips, the next can have 6 chips, therefore, the ice cream is not uniform throughout. green ink, on the other hand, you can take a million spoonfuls, and the properties of it will be the same in each spoonful.

Definition of Homogeneous

1. A substance or material that contains only one kind of compound or one element. Homogeneous is Latin for "the same kind". An example of a homogeneous substance would be pure water, which only contains the compound H2O or pure table salt that only contains the compound NaCl.Definition for Homogeneous Catalyst :A catalyst that exists in the same phase (solid, liquid or gas) as the reactants. For more information see Catalysis Definition for Homogeneous Equilibria :Equilibria involving only one species in a single phase. For example, all gases, all liquids or all solids. Definition for Homogeneous Mixture :A mixture which has uniform composition and properties throughout.

Definition of Heterogeneous Mixture

1. A mixture that does not have uniform composition and properties throughout.
maybe it would be best to explain what each of these terms means..a homogonous mixture is one in which the reactant and the catalyst are in the same state (i.e. both liquid, both solid, or both gaseous). A heterogenous mixture is one in which the reactant and catalyst are in different states (for example liquid reactants with a solid catalyst)..as for chocolate chip ice cream, cake mix etc..I never learned about them in my chemistry class!
