Should I take a free period or a class? I am a senior?

Question:In high school so far I have taken pre ap and ap courses, no regular, and this year I am taking 4 ap classes. I am taking a college class at a college as a dual enrollment, and I took 3 college class at a college during summer as a dual enrollment.
I have a gpa of 3.8 on a 4.0 scale, and my class rank is 25 out of 648.
Should I take a free period or a class, which will probably history class. I am concentrating on becoming a surgeon? medical field.

Answers:
If you really like the subject or need the credits and know how much your workload will be, then take it, but otherwise I think you've got enough on your plate and deserve a little free time. Of course, only you know what your study skills and drive are, so base it also on how well you think you'll be able to keep up.
While I was no honor student I do believe that you should take the free period, if for no other reason than to allow you to focus more on the other classes and ensure you do well in them.
I would take a USEFUL class such as public speaking, computer science or computer programming.
