What is the most important when you apply to univeristy?

Question:I am a freshman that wants to go to Stanford.
I want to know what things are important when you apply for university.
What scores would you need on exams and what GPA would you need?
What kind of extra curricular things would e good?

Answers:
You need to get a really high score on your SAT's, about 2000 or more for your score. You need extracurricular activities that you show dedication to. Colleges don't want you playing soccer your freshmen year and quiting and picking up a new sport every year...they want to see commitment. You're GPA should be about 3.8 or higher too.
