Have everybody write something on a piece of paper that no one would know about them.
i.e. I ran in the Boston marathon, I have 8 children, etc etc.
Have everyone hand the papers into the front.
If there are 8 people participating, have everyone write 1-8 on a piece of paper.
One by one, read out the secrets and have everyone make their best guess as to whos secret it is.
At the end, have everyone reveal their secret!
It usually gets a lot of laughs, and reveals a slight sense of people's character!
