SHE needs to apply to the schools. most schools do have an exchange type program where kids from forgien countries can come in and study just like american kids. so SHE is the one who needs to start researching that stuff by going online to the websites of schools she wants to go to and doing research into their programs. you can help her research, but she is the one who needs to do any actual work towards getting accepted
Check with different universities.Most colleges have an exchange program.If her GPA is high enough she should be able to attend a college in the U.S. however she may have to get a student visa.
