Think they want an actual example, don't they?
So it might be something like large print for the visually impaired, simple easy words if the readers are children, translations to other languages or such like.
Ok i learned this in 8th grade but i can see how a person could forget. For example you would say according to (a book,stock,history,experience,... from a person) you have a small d1ck
NVQ in business administration eh? lol xx
Be polite and take their feelings into account.
braille, large print, translated pages , coloured background for dyslexia, and i would also add that the information is available as a taped recording for the blind, because not all visually impaired people can read braille.
Depends on the age you're addressing. As a general rule adult info should be appropriated at 13 grade level (1 yr. college).

The more entertaining, the more the info is absorbed.

Example:

A cheetah can reach speeds of over 60 mph (info)

A cheetah can run faster than a car on a busy highway.

Or:

A cheetah can run with the big dogs and win.

They all basically say the same thing. But which makes the info more memorable?

They are a form of a pneumonic device. Like stop, drop & roll.

There is so much info you take in on a daily basis that most gets discarded. So the more entertaining and/or simple the better it will stick.

W/o any idea of what you're specifically talking about that's the best I can do. Just because someone needs info it doesn't mean they'll actually retain enough to be useful. Especially if it's written above their understanding or too clinical.
