Um first...do you really think everyone is going to watch you shower...and second...when you take a shower...dont you USUALLY take off your clothes:P And I think the only one who really knows if youre doing whatever it is exactly that you are doing is wrong or for confidence...is you! I don't think you need to practice for something that is only going to take you about 15 min a day. I think you're putting too much thought into it. A lot of people are going to be nervous about it, but just shower as if no one is there!
You practice skills.not showering in public. Unless you just want to get naked in public, which may be another problem entirely.
