go to network for good and click on the volunteer button.
she can always volunteer at the hospital as a Candy Stiper. Or at a church, soup kitchen, etc.
Have her go to guidence.they can tell her when/where there are places to help...places like the primary lib, and intermediate lib are good places to start.
I think the school library will let your sister volunteer. She might also be able to use it on future resumes.
