Question:Last minute financial problems is going to prevent me from attending the school i want to attend. But I already sent my SIR there and to meet the deadline I turned in another SIR to the school I now have to go to. So i have turned in two SIRs. What do i do now? Am I in alot of trouble?

Contact the university's financial aid office as soon as possible. Tell them about the last-minute financial issues. If they still have some funds available, they might be able to accomodate your needs. They should be understanding.
