Learn german at AS-Levels(Year 12) or GCSE?

Question:i want to learn german for a year to study dentistry in Germany next year. i m in the UK now. I dont know any bit of German. Should i do GCSE in german or AS Level in German? which is good for me? can i start with as-levels in german?? i have already finished my a-levels and am going to german uni next year. i have a year to learn german!

if you don't know any german don't try the AS levels. Do the gcse
