Lots of independent business's (the convenience store or dollar store) will usually give you paper money for your change. Especially on weekends & holidays.
They will run out of change as people go to the bank machine (which gives $20) then come into the store to buy a pack of gum.
Those guys'll probably be glad to get your change.
