This is your opportunity to do an All About Me essay that brings you to life in the mind of the reader. It has to be special, or they won't read it at all!! Ask an English teacher to proof it for you; he/she will be flattered.
250 isn't that short. Remember, they don't want a 5 page essay about your life accomplishments -- they want an idea about who and what you are, how you write, etc. Most college limits are 200-250 words, and it takes up 1 to 1 1/2 pages, or 4 paragraphs. That's fine!
