Question:The director says:
"I think he(the actor) just so unusual and perfect for this part. I think it's really unusual of somebody who really is that available in a part like that."

What does the second sentense mean?
"Only an unsual actor can play this role, and he is unusual"
"Because he is unusual, he could play the role"?

Am I right?

The actor is unusual & perfect for the part. It's rare to find someone who can act so well in this type of role.
