Question:I wanted to know does anyone know a good calling card with good rates for calling Iraq? I have been looking online and so far the card called Hello Iraq from Nobel has the best rates, about 4 cents a minute but I want to know has anyone else used it? Please give me some feed back. I tried at&t and they charge .80 cents a minute. Thank you in advance.
