I recommend study abroad (in China or Taiwan). You learn much faster. The enviroment forces you. If you don't speak Chinese, you will have diffcult time to survive. Don't worry! There are always people speak English there.

My other recommendation is get a boyfriend or a girlfriend. That will be the cheapest way and fastest way to learn. Anyway, why paying for the lesson when he pays for your dinner and teach you the lessons :)
