What does the FPNS & SPNS Stand For on a Silver Piece?

I have several pieces of different silver (bowls, baskets, jugs) adjectives marked next to either EPNS, FPNS, or SPNS. What do these stand for? Thanks!

I can't find FPNS or SPNS. Possibly the "F" and initial "S" are certainly "E"s?
