My grades for each subject are as follows
Biology- C
Chemistry- B
Maths- D (I'm dropping this for next year)
Religious Studies- B
Can anyone help me? Any ideas as to what I could do and what the entry requirements are?

Don't worry, your future's not over like what your parents are telling you.
You should look online for Unis with a high acceptance rate because your chances then getting accepted would be higher too. But keep in mind, those universities are not likely to be any of the Ivy Leagues or anything in the top 100 maybe.
The better the Uni, the harder it is to get accepted...
So hope that helps.
As to what course to do, why not something you're good at, or something you got good grades for? And make sure you're interested in it too.
And oh, dont mess it up this time.
It looks like you need to aim for a science based course, though you've left it a bit late to start worrying about what your exam choices will lead to.
Perhaps you'd be better trying to get a job in a lab, and then doing a qualification from there.
If all else fails, you're RS grade suggests you might be able to pray for guidance.
