Technically, it's very easy for them to figure out by looking at the test taker's IP address, but the question is, would they even care. If you really don't want to be caught based on a changed IP address, I suggest that you set up a proxy server on your computer and ask your friend in Germany to access their website via your proxy server, and then your IP address will show up on their computer.
Well...you're taking online classes to better yourself and earn a degree. And you want to cheat? Sounds like your wasting someones money.
But to answer your question, the answer is probably no, unless they can tell that the person taking the test is from germany instead of saudi arabia. (I would think that would be a notable difference.) Or unless they post on here.

Why are you even taking the course if you feel you need to cheat? Sometime or another - such as the in-person test - you're actually going to have to do your own work, and you'll get caught.
If you put the effort into studying that you've put into a trans-global cheating network, you'd pass the test with flying colors.
