Answers:
Well Pat...!

Very sorry to say...

I feel that there is no good book on spoken English that can help you out..

I have tried too many books on spoken English but all went down the drain.

But don't loose your heart...Remember English is not our mother tongue so problems are inevitable.

I have always been a Hindi medium student and i was facing the same problem earlier.

But now I am quite good at This...

Here are some suggestion that'll definitely assit you in learning the spoken english..

1 Talk to you in Englisha as much as you can.Try to find out in which sentences you have the problem write then and try the solution out.

2.Make a group of friends and most of the time talk them in English..sometimes we fail to find such a group..but keep searching you'll find the Group.

3.If you have the P.C. ... buy the Dictionary i.e. "OXFORD ADVANCED LEARNER'S DICTIONARY"...make sure you get the C.D.(Contains Dictionary Software).
Install that C.D. on your machine and look-up the difficult words therein.

4. This dictionary will also give the "Pronunciation Assistance" you can click on the "Speaker Icon" to listen the Pronunciation of the particular word..

5.Remember current Pronunciation is always needed in the spoken english.

6.follow this link many of the things you'll find to improve your english..

7.Try to write English...I mean to say whatever you find in the day or you feel just pen down it on the paper..Sure it'll definitely help you a lot..

8.Forget you're a Hindi speaker, act and speak as like that you know one language i.e. english only.

9.Make the habit of writting down the difficult word and later search this in the dictionary.

Well I'm sure you can and you'll speak English like anything...
