How long are the AP science classes such as Biology, Chemistry, and Phyrcis?

Question:By how long i mean do they take up two periods. I've read that for AP Biology they have to do labs so do they take like tow class periods?
For Honors/Regular Biology we sometimes ave a double to do labs. Is that the same thing as AP Biology?
