Question:I want to do M.Phil from a wellknown university in south India by correspondence, what is its chance to earn me a govt. teaching job?

Not all universities offering M.Phil by distant education is recognised by NCET.. better check with thier website...
For a Govt teaching job u need a B.Ed degree first M.Phil is not essential but you may get higher salary than MA guys...Then clear their test...
