What is the best way to tell my parents I lost my scholarship?

Question:I have to pay tution for school this week. and have yet to tell my parents that I lost my scholarship!
My grandparents buy for school and books so money is not the issue.
I just dont want my parents to be disappointed in me!
I was suppose to have a 3.0 by the end of the semester to keep the scholarship but instead ended it with a 2.67!

Answers:
is there anyway to get it back. if there is then tell them that you can get it back if you get this G.P.A.. if not i am sorry i can't help you. they should not be disappointed in you. if you are smart enough to get the scholarship then that should be all that matters. it is sometimes harder to get the scholarship then it is to maintain it. also now that your grandparents are paying you should try to get all A'S because money don't grow on trees and it might have been an hardship on your grandparents to give you money for school.
Wow, You probably should have told them a little while ago... but

YOu need to tell the as soon as possible... Like today...

all you have to say is MOm, Dad,

I lost my scholarship... because.. I WILL do better cause..
