get some old magazines and cut out pictures of things you think look cool or like and make a collage you can cut out letters and make words too which look cool getting letters in different fonts and colors. also you can get sharpies and draw and sketch designs on it. Have fun!

On my binders I get a regular piece of computer paper and attach momentos of my school life.
On my piece of paper I have a couple of season inspired name tags. [My highschool does them and attaches them on wall throughout the school] Drawings my friends make me that I cut out.
You can switch stuff on it all year long so its never the same.

Like one you can slip stuff in.
