I am interested in learning more about history.advise?

Question:I am 36 and would like to know about history.I forgot that stuff from high school.

Answers:
Join a history book club, and/or buy an encyclopedia CD. I have a Britannica with so much info it's mind-boggling. Also: I think ABOUT UNIVERSITY offers free history courses online.

Or just searc FREE ONLINE HISTORY.
take a course at the community college. or start reading. If possible, travel, travel. Visit museums, war memorials, Military museums, New England Original Colonies, South,
Ante Bellam?(spelling?) homes,

Visit Ft. McHenry, other Forts, Past Presidential homes, Indian Reservations, (break your heart), the Dakotas, Texas, the only state that was once a nation, Railroad museums, Auto museums,. West Virgina for some interesting Indian Lore. And after that travel and visit more.

If you are able to travel, you will learn more, faster, than all the Books and Internet can give you.
The latter is your alternative.
Also you can join History Clubs. They abound. read it online ....or the history channel
