Question:My school hasan't started yet, but I just got my schedule and for my spanish class I have a teacher that doesn't teach anything she just talks about her life and stuff. This is a problem because it means that next year in spanish 3 Im going to have to play catch up and it will probably affect my GPA. I emailed the guidance counselor but she wants a reason for the teacher change. How can I put into the right terms for the counselor so I can change classes.Like what exactly should I say?
Answers:
Hmm... they shouldn't really ask your that. That is yoru own personal reason. I would just say, I had an interest in Spanish class, but I found out that it isn't one of my strong suits, so I would like to change my course to one that fit me more, and that is still open, when ever you have the time.
* Being nice is ALWAYS a good touch. Thats how I get free car rides with teachers to my place instead of a 30 minute walk! comes in handy.
Good luck. I would basicly tell the truth, and then go into different subject. And wait for next semester when it is a different teacher. OR ask for a different Spanish teacher.
just tell the counselor the whole situation I'm sure they will understand
