For most of them, you don't need any qualifications and you work from home.
I have depression and find it the easiest solution to learning for me as there isn't as much pressure as you study when you like.
Do you like writing? I'm doing a Journalist course and it's so enjoyable.

You could start with a learndirect course
You could go to college and do an access to higher education course which would then enable you to go on to higher education at a university where you would be able to study psychology if that interests you. This course is designed for adult learners and it gives you alot of confidence.

If you are not ready to mix, you could try a short correspondence course at home just to get your confidence in studying back. Try taking an evening photography course which would only be a couple of hours a week, then get back into college when you are ready.
try a local community education course or two, maybe get your maths and english so you have a base for further studies. They are normally only a couple of hours a week so it'll be a nice gentle way to get back into learning and mixing with people without putting too much pressure on yourself.
