Answers:
Zip code is a postal system that applies only within a country (and Zip is the one that applies to the USA).
The United Arab Emirates is a rather small country (200 miles wide) and does not have a postal code system, regular street addresses are sufficient.
On the following link, put United Arab Emirates in the country selection, and see the result.
Vincent G has, i think given the top answer.
Well, Vincent is right about the UAE not having zip codes, but you can't say that a street address is sufficient. There is no door-to-door mail delivery in Dubai, and you can not address mail with a street address. Everyone must receive mail through a post office box, unless you're using a private courier service.
If you have a form or something that asks you to fill in a zip code for there, just enter "99999."
