Answers:
I know it's hard but try not to let it get you down so much. Try to stay positive, maybe you could go through clearing or retake the same exams and go to university next year. Your mum might seem disappointed but i bet she's proud that you stuck it through to the end. She'll be even more proud when she sees that your not going to give up and try your best to get on that course.
Remember you're not the only one in this situation so don't feel alone. and whatever you do, do it for yourself and not anybody else.
Hope you feel better and get into the course you want to. : )
Well just buy some biology book at a local bookstore. Study them everyday. You will be as fresh as new.
Do what you think is right to do.And try to sit down have a talk with your mum about your opinion.
results are not the be all of the world. u will have many careers in your life. & can take A levels at any time. why waste ur time worrying about it. justbenjoy life
You know what. It is NEVER as bad as it seems. Ask you tutors to take you through what your weaks points were and ask them if they will help you address them next year. If they won't let you back on, you always have the option of starting again (probably at a different sixth form or college as it can be embarrassing) and then retake them all. At my school a guy who wasn't the brightest got 2 E's and 1 D for his A-Levels, he re-took them a new college and got 3 A's, I don't know how, but he did. So it can be done. Trust me in the big scheme of things one year is nothing. But the best approach is to pull yourself together and start sorting the problem. Go and speak to your tutors as soon as you can and then you will know what you are dealing with. Remember GCSE results are out soon, so they will be at your school then, why not go along and ask them for a some time at the end of the day to discuss your options as your very worried. Good luck, it will all turn out ok.
It is because of the present evaluation system. Many academicians also are opposing the present system, which evaluates a year's progress in three hours. Isn't it sounding silly?
As the evaluation system it self is wrong, you need not worry just about the results. Instead, you concentrate on your studies and I assure you will get tremendous results. All the best!
