i need to comeback strong junior year
but im afraid im going to another alternative school because of my grades that i failed both freshman and sophmore years.
what should i do because i dont want to look like a loser.
looks like you are trying way too hard...
changing your look (only) will not make you popular.
Maybe people started realizing that you were so consumed with how you look and how others perceived you.
Stop worrying about it, and maybe things will get better.
Just be yourself and don't try to be someone you think others may like better.that usually backfires
bro, it never helps to not be yourself. maybe very short term but never in the ling term. just be yourself. if you a good guy, then they'll all like you, if you not, then about half will like you:-)
seriously, juzt be yourself and what will be will be.
and btw, you gotta work for friends, you can't just expect them to look at you and immediatly see that yuo a great guy. be around them a bit then you;ll strike gold
I know it sounds cliche, but try being yourself. You're almost done with school anyway, so what the harm in letting everyone know you for who you are. My brother was always worried about his image in school too. It even kept on after he left. He wouldn't take a really good job because it was dirty and he didn't want it to hurt his image. And even now, he can't figure out what to go for in college because he wants people to think he's going to become something cool. Just do whatever the hell you want. If people like you, they like you. If they don't, they don't. At least then you'll know who your true friends are. Who needs all that drama anyway?
why don't you focus on your school work then on the stupid "popluarity" things. it's really overrated. You have college to look forward to, and if you keep failing like how you said that you did in you 2 years in high school. then you will be a loser if you end up going to a community college, rather then a University.. which i think you are capable of doing. Sure high school you have your homecoming... proms... and whatever other things you mainlanders do... but in another 2 years.. most of that is just really not gonna matter. if you mess up your future just because you wanted to be one of the "COOL KIDS" and just dropped the school work... i'd feel sorry for you.
