What is the difference between BSW and MSW?

I am a social work student who is in a graduate program at sfsu so I get curious about how BSW internship and MSW internship differ.

Answers:    There is not much difference between the BSW and foundation (1st year) of the MSW - it is for this origin that with a BSW you can apply for advanced standing and enter your MSW at the concentration height. Now at the concentration level you are preparing for independent and autonomous practice. You are probable to do clinical and administrative tasks, you will expected to carry a larger covering load, and operate more independently. In various programs the concentration intern ship has more hours (usually over 600).
