First off-have a snack to get your energy up to a good level then attack the homework until it is all done. Then do your workout, have dinner, help with after dinner cleanup and then play games or get on the computer til time to get ready for bed.
When you get out of school, a little free blow-off time is almost necessary, after all you've been in school all day -- it's time for a break. Try for some OUTDOOR time.

But, you can't give yourself unlimited free time -- it'll be 10:00 pm, and you still haven't done that report, worked out, or anything.

And you may look back and realize that you've consumed a bunch of junk food, junk you would not have eaten if you were following a schedule.

My suggestion would be something like this:

1. As soon as you get home, have a snack and hang loose for about an hour (video games, nap, talking on phone). Controlling this time is where your strongest self-discipline comes in to play. It's so easy to just keep saying 'well, i'll get started in just a few more minutes'.

This sounds weird, but if you're serious about keeping to a good schedule, do this: Set an alarm clock that you can't miss. When you turn it off, automaticaly set it again for tomorrow.

2. Get started on homework. If you have a lot, divide it into 2 work sessions, with your workout in between.

3. Shower, then finish your homework.

4. FAMILY TIME is important to have too. By this time, maybe it's about dinner time and you can have some famly time. TALK and visit with your folks and family. It may not seem important now, but, when you're older, you'll never regret it. You will regret it if you don't. That's part of what makes you who you are. That's where you get your most in depth character and values. So, be sure to schedule some time with mom and dad if possible!
.
sure I will help you! I love doning stuff like this!

2:30-3:00- Snack and relax a bit from your day

3:00-5:30- Homework and study time

5:30-6:00- Work out or exercise

6:00-6:30ish- Dinner

6:30-7:30- Any last minute homework stuff including getting your books together form the next day so you arent rushed in the morning.

7:30-on- RELAX and do something for you.

I hope this helps a bit
Ok, you get out of school at 2:00. I don't know how long it takes you to get home.let's start the schedule at 2:45

2:45 Have a snack. No TV< No Computer.
3:00 Sit down at your desk and do your homework. No Music, No TV, No computer unless you need it for homework.
4:30 Get up from desk, go for a walk, clean your room, wash your dog, do the dishes, do something physical.
5:30 Help your Mom fix dinner.
6:00 / 6:30 eat your dinner
7:00 Help your Mom clean up
7:30 Make sure all homework is done.
8:00 Shower, etc...
8:30 watch tv until bed..

I don't know..I don't know who you live with, what kind of homework you have, do you have friends, etc..
