OMIGAWDZ I'm so scared about starting sixth form!
I have like no friends haha..
Ermmm just wear what you want innit?
But if you are worried I would just suggest jeans and t shirt, maybe with trainers or those slip on shoes. Bright coloursssss are good with some jewellery and stuff ^.^
Don't worry about it, it's up to you what you wear anyways.
For fashion, it depends what part of the country you're living in. But anywhere is fine with a nice pair of jeans, a summer-y top and trainers =]
School life is much nicer in the 6th form than in compulsary education because all of the idiots have dropped out (or most of them!) So you should be fine - and everyone loves meeting new faces so you'll fit right in =]
Good luck!
something very short and very tight.
It will make you popular with the boys and any male teachers. I would consider that a good start.
Most sixth forms have a smart dress code so check with your school/college first. Pick up magazines like Cosmopolitan, Elle and Company and you'll get an idea of what's in fashion. When I was in sixth form most girls wore a pretty plain skirt or trousers and a shirt or smart-ish top (though this was about five years ago!). Most places the rules seem to be quite lax for the girls and you can get away with most things apart from sportswear, jeans and trainers. Most of my work uniform is similar to sixth form uniform, I bought almost all of it from H&M, just loads of plain tops, patterned shirts, cute dresses and shrugs. Try to stick to flat shoes or kitten heels (best invention in shoe history) as wearing high heels to college can look a bit tarty, unless they're gorgeous and just HAVE to be shown off! But as I said, check uniform/dress regulations wherever you're going to be at sixth form. As for school life, it's not tough at all, there's the odd bully and a few 'cliques' but other than that, you'll be just fine. Sixth form is especially good as there's less boundaries between groups, everyone seems to get on better and with a wider range of people. Just don't be nervous, there'll be plenty of people ready to help you out or chat to you - that's what study lessons/free lessons are for! Good luck and have fun!
