Question:I am from India. I am working in construction field for 6 yrs (construction sites ). I am holding only a Draughtsmanship ITI certificate so I am not getting deserved promotion according to my ability. I wish to upgrade my qualification but I cant give up my job for that because of my family financial state & responsibilities. Does anybody can help me in this matter ?

engineering is something you pretty much have to attend classes in person for. Its just so complex that it would be almost impossible for even the smartest people to learn things on their own.
