Can you help me ask a question?

Question:Ok.. I have just read a few articles my english professor had picked out for the class to read.. The articles were about bare breasted protests... offensive body odor.. smoking around children.. and the articles were all about how there are continued regulations being put on these subjects.. So before I give a couple examples of the articles I will tell you what I have to do.. I have to come up with 2 questions pertaining to the reading.

Judge denies protest of bare breasted women, "Breasts Not Bombs", in Sacramento City Park... "Not acurately a part of the 1st amendment"
Libraries kicking people out if they smell too bad, or if someone happens to fall asleep in the librarie.. Some libraries even changed their policies...
Smoking around children is considered to be child abuse, therefore leading to a ban on outdoor smoking, where children might possibly be present... or just banning smoking period...

Any help with some questions would be great...

I realize smoking around children is not good. but what about alcohol. Why are people allowed to drink around children, they don't know what they are doing half the time and not watching the children and a lot of them get fowl mouthed. Why complain just about smoking? Why would a judge in his right mind deny protest of bare breasted women? Doesn't he know the body should be sacred?
Bare breasted women - this is law and order issue, even one who will be walking on the road - will stop immediately - the vehicles passing around - will apply immediate break and major accident expected - morale issue will come ahead and ultimately some youngster will come and will crush the bare breasted women - next morning the report will come that more than one hundred women had been raped in open air.

What sort of policy should be adopted to keep the library environment more healthy and hygienically suitable.

Should smoking strictly be prohibited at public places.
