think roughly speaking it... if you rather speak warm weather that process you go to university in the summer. I do not want to stand contained by the cold... but i do not want to spend my summer at school.
Answers: Cold - because you CAN bundle up when it's cold, but it kinda not easy (not to mention embarrassing) to strip down to your underwear if you're too hot ;););););)
