I don't know how to get transfered out of this class, I need a very excuse please!?

Question:I am stuck in this one math(Alg2) class, I didn't fail it or anything like that matter, but the atmosphere is so somber and gloomy and the teacher isn't any better. I seriously don't fit in this class, they're just a bunch of juniors and seniors who failed this class. I can't go to the counselor and say I want a higher level of math because I haven't finished this course yet, I just want to transfer to another teacher with other people in there. I just can't stand a class like this, can you guys help me think of some good reasonable excuses? Also it's too easy, we've been meddling with bloody simple addition like 5-(-10), I just can't stand this.

Answers:
Go to your counselor and tell him/her what you just told us. The atmosphere in which you are in makes a difference in your performance, and if you feel uncomfortable, you will perform poorly. If he/she knows is any good at their job at all, That's all you'll need.
So, when you get a job or are in a college class you need, you are quitting because some of the people there don't like their job or college class? This is about your life and your learning, period.

You only started in the last few weeks (or days), so if you are really placed in the right place, wait and learn - it will happen. If it is too easy, then ask your teacher to pay attention to your first and second test to see if you are in the wrong level class.

Chances are, you are in the right place with the wrong attitude.
That would depend on your counselor. If you tell him or her that you can not stand the teacher you are with and that you believe that he is not doing his job right the counselor might change your class. If your school offers Pre-Ap go for it and if you get your parents to call the school about this situation EVEN BETTER!
just tell the counselor what you just said
if s/he is one of those really annoying one's that just don't listen and/or care, then say that you don't feel challenged enough. they love when you're asking for a harder class...
