Just hit 'redial' on your phone.
Try pushing the redial button on your phone BEFORE you press the talk button. It should display the last number that was called. If not, either get an updated phone that has a display, or call the number and, when someone answers, say "I'm sorry, what number did I just dial?" acting as if you were not sure if you dialed the right number.
I believe you're wanting *66 - it will redial the number for you, although I don't know if it will necessarily announce the number; I think that depends on the phone system.
