Would you rather spend the day at school or work?

Question:when i was at the eye doctor the lady said "i miss that age." and i said "i'd rather spend an entire day here than at school" and she said "i'd gladly trade spaces" i dont think adults understand just how difficult school is these days. not only do we have to endure 6 and a half hours THERE but then we spend two or three hours doing homework. at least when you have a job you get paid. so i want to know. how many adults would rather go to school... and how many kids would rather go to work?

Answers:
Good question. I would rather go to school also. All in all the lifestyle was easier.
I"m 31 and I hated school when I was a teenager but I'd gladly go back to school instead of work.
it depends on the job i have. like say a bookstore, and since i love books, i wouldn't mind spending the day at work. but i would rather go to school, since im getting educated and my friends are there.
I'm in college right now but I also work. I would rather go to school, yes, even including all the extra hours I have to study. School's more fun, and you really do realize it's not about the money.
I think both are hard -no matter how hard it seems for you its harder when you have responsibility to someone else -such as wife, husband and/or children.
I would rather go to school. You are getting food, shelter, and clothes for free. Who wouldn't want to go to school. With work, you also have the possibily of being fired. you can't get fired if you go to school.
