Try a community college first and get all of your stupid classes out of the way, I'm at a 4 year college, and it costs about 4,500 a year, where as if I took the same classes at the community college 3 miles down the road it would only be 1,500 for the same amount of credits (15). Just take classes that are transferable to Cincinnati State.
ok.
Middle school
Why are you so opposed to Cincy State? You can transfer the credits over to UC or Xavier after you've done your 2 years there. By the way- have you filled out your FAFSA form? You should likely qualify for enough student loans to go to most public schools. People always hate to take out student loans- Im not sure why, with the much higher income you will be graduating to, its one of the best investments you can make. Just be sure that you are choosing a major that will lead to an actual career with an actual, decent paycheck, and those loan payments shouldnt be a huge problem for you in the end. Good luck!
There is nothing wrong with Cincinnati State - it is actually a pretty good community college.
If you do want to go to a bigger school, just spend the first year or so at Cincy State getting your general classes out of the way.
I know UC just started a program that offers guaranteed admission and scholarship money for students with a certain GPA transferring from Cincy State.
