I deposited fees and they sent me books. Now even after 2 months I can't make myself study.
I come back from work by 5:00pm and I eat and then go to gym. Then come back and sit at computer and call my girl then go to bed...
Can anybody help me getting things fixed? I've never taken any distance education course before...I am having huge problems..thank you all

You can make things contingent on your studies.
Come back from work. You get a bite of a roll, to tide you over. Then: you must arrange the real estate books on your study table, books open to the pages & pencil/pens ready, before you can cook dinner. You must look over the next assignment before you can go to the gym.
Next day: Come home from work. Bite of a roll. You must read 5 pages of assigned reading before you can make dinner. You must read 5 more pages before the gym.
Next day: Have dinner & gym normally. Take shower. You must write notes on the 10 pages you read, before you can do any other computer work. You must read 5 more assigned pages before you can call your girlfriend.
A system like this, over time, will be quite effective & efficient. You'll finish the class in no time!!
Treat your education like a job. Schedule time in your day/week and commit yourself to spending that time studying and not doing anything else. Use the same self-discipline that gets you to work and to the gym to force yourself to study.
