Help regarding debate.?

Question:I have an inter school debate competition next week with the topic :Corporate world has overpowered the charms of civil services.
Its very tough for me cause I'm speaking against the topic but in India most of the people go for private sector .
Please give me some points on which I can lay emphasis on.
I'll be very glad to have quick responses.
P.S: I'm having my stress on defence sector that still people choose a prestigious career in army .but as far as govt sector I don't have a clue.
