School starts very soon, I wanna know what will keep me going through out the day?

Question:I have problems from previous years that I'm always tired throughout the day like at school basically. I get so stressed at school specially gettin up early and right after like I don't wanna do anything. I know everyone gets those stressful days because of test and quizzes. I really have a hard time focusing because of my lack on focusing and stress and not having enough energy to do anything. What should I do?

Answers:
Do you eat breakfast. If you don't do try to eat something nutritionally balanced like juce, cereal, toast. Fruit. If you eat breakfast it will give you the energy you need to get through your day till lunch and also helps your brain work better. Don't worry about weight gain your bodys metobolism works better when you eat six small meals a day rather than eating less or skipping meals. Also keep yourself hydrated w/ plenty of water. Good luck
There is new Monster drink called MOCA LOCA or BIG BLACK and if you like cold coffees I really suggest this energy drink.
Make sure you eat a HUGE healthy breakfast and bring small healthy snacks (Fruits) along with you to munch on if you're hungry. Protein would help too.
Go to sleep earlier! Most people don't realize how important sleep is. It actually helps your brain learn what you've been taught during the day. All those energy drinks have is caffeine, which is a poor substitute for getting enough rest. Anything other than caffeine is a really bad idea. A balanced diet is important too.
Hi, thanks for asking. Hopefully this is a little helpful.

I too had a rough time getting up on time for school. I would usually be late and not really care about the first couple of classes each day, mostly during my senior year of high school.

Some of the things that got me through school each day were these...

1. God. Sometimes He is the only one I could depend on, because options 2-6 below just weren't happening that day.

2. Family. Even though they weren't actually at the school with me, they provided support, encouragement, and an example to follow.

3. Friends. Sometimes I would go to school and enjoy it simply because my friends were there to hang out with and talk to. If you have two, or even one good friend, thank God for them.

4. Extra-curricular activities. I participated in a bunch of extra-curricular activities, and while the day was dragging along, I looked forward to the activities that I would be in after school. If you can join a group or club or something that you're interested in, you may be able to focus better.

5. Classes that I really liked. It wasn't often, but whenever there was a teacher or subject that was really interesting, I took advantage of it and learned as much as I could. It's a lot easier and more fun to learn when you enjoy a class. Hopefully there is at least one class that you enjoy. You can look forward to it and do your best in it.

6. Lunch. Well, food helped me perk up. Maybe it'll do the same for you. I'm not encouraging you to overeat, but lunch is a nice break from classes.

May God bless you!
