I think you can start working at 14 with parent permission, but you are limited to how many hours you can work (I think it's 20 hours a week) and what hours of the day you can work. At 16 you can work full time if you wanted. Some corporations have age restrictions too, so it varies between each business.

you would have to go to the places and ask, some places let you work at 15 with a work permit from your school...(to get a work permit you have to talk to your counselor and they determine weather or not you can have one based off your attendence and grades and parent permission) other places allow you to work at 16 or 17 with no work permit and most places you have to 18, as for dominoes i believe you have to be 18. some grocery stores will hire at 16 and most fast food places will. as for being 13 or 14, its hard to find a job at a actual company just because they have so many labor laws in place and its just easier for them to hire older people. but you should call around to different places and see what they have to say!
