You need to factor it into a Cumulative Probability curve.
If 1 is the best at +3.12 standard deviations and -3.12 SD's is the worst then 162 is Z=0, SD=51.6
So:
1-2 = GENIUS
3-53 = GIFTED
54-107 = SUPERIOR
108-215 = AVERAGE
216-269 = LOW AVERAGE
270-321 = BORDERLINE
