Question:when i go on aim sometimes i look at my friends away messages and theyre like " i got a stupid english project, or im doing sum homework" and im like what the hell? theres summer homework?, im going to 11th and i do GREAT in school, i dont go to summer school(my school cant afford it lol), but am i supposed to get a packet or sumthing? ( i go to washingtonville high, NY)

Some schools assign projects or reading for the summer and some don't. Possibly contact some people who go to your school to find out for certain.
They probably just didn't change their AIM away message when school got out.
Some kids have already gone back to school. I live in Virginia and my kids go back Sept. 4th but I have a friend who's kids live in Florida and they went back to school last week.
