An MBA is still very valuable, although its many times substituted for years of experience. It mainly depends on the company and their policy, and the individual. Its good if you have some area of expertise or specialisation though. And remember that not all MBAs are created equal. Where you get you training/education will have alot to do with the value of the MBA as well.
