Ok...it's really late for me (2:30) but hope these help? Maybe you can slant the text on the flyer to match/continue whichever header. I would keep text to a minmum...even just time, date, purpose of a meeting? People want to grab info quickly. Keep graphics very simple too...like just one photo in the background? There are some free/cheap sites out there, but choice is limited.
