Would it be smart to send a short resume by email then have a longer more detailed one for the interview?

Question:would it waste the employers time by having to read two slightly different resumes? would he/she notice they are different?

Answers:
I think that it really depends on your experience. Write a resume that details your most recent and relevant work experience, unless you have a LOT of very relevant work, than limit it to one page. Don't both with a second resume, you're at the interview and you can make sure then know about all the details as you talk about your experiences.
