My education at the Fashion Marketing & Management at The Illnois Institute of Art will prepare me for my future career in many ways. I am very interested in merchandising and will use my skills and knowledge attained in fashion marketing and management to expand my skills and abilities in merchandising. After merchandising my other career goal is to start my own clothing line and with my marketing and management education through the Illnois Institute of Art I will be able to successfully market and launch my line. After launching my line I hope to open my own store, which will involve many facets of marketing and management, I will need my management skills to work with employees, merchandisers, customers, and clients. I will also need my marketing education to successfully promote, sell , advertise and campaign to make my store and clothing line grow and succeed. Even at the entry level of the fashion industry I will be able to use my education to be an asset to a company, a store or any other fashion related industry, in fashion as well as marketing. There is no end to the possibilities involving Fashion marketing and management and my drive to make my mark in the fashion industry.
